Knockback is being difficult


Well I just got back from an emergency family trip that lasted almost two weeks and I'm glad to finally be back home and working on things.

I'm not really sure where to start but I guess I can start with the beeg bullet lol. I forgot to set some things right with the rigidbody2D and scaling was off so I was just spawning these big falling rifle shots.


Next few gifs will be knockback related, bc I'm having such trouble getting it to calculate the proper direction.

Honestly I have no clue what the issue here was, I just know they weren't going in the right direction.


Here the knock back didn't stop them from turning so they would turn while going back effectively making them orbit the player.


In this one there not flying in the right direction either. Not entirely sure why but I did fix the issue where they were turning while being knocked back

Probably going to work on getting the knockback to work right for a little bit longer and if not move onto the experience and upgrade choice system. Might have a new update soon to with the shotgun and new systems added if things progress well.
